ABOUT ME
I believe that true transformation happens in the space where we can meet ourselves fully.
As a psychotherapist, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to healing and growth. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, with a relational, person-centered lens that honors your unique experience. A dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, I often incorporate trauma-informed somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support insight, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation.
I received my Master of Social Work from the NYU Silver School of Social Work, where I deepened my commitment to relational and depth-oriented practice. I was selected as a Zelda Foster Fellow in Palliative and End-of-Life Care, an advanced clinical training focused on grief, loss, and serious illness. I’ve also served as an assistant instructor at Columbia University’s psychology department, supporting coursework on meaning, identity, and psychological growth.
My work is especially supportive for individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, spiritual inquiry, identity exploration, anxiety, low self-worth, burnout, and intimacy concerns. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
I’m committed to working in ways that are inclusive and empowering — where you can deepen self-awareness, gain perspective, and move toward a more aligned, embodied, and meaningful way of being.
