ABOUT ME

A woman with dark curly hair, wearing gold hoop earrings, a delicate gold necklace, and a white lace blouse, standing against a plain white background.

I believe that true transformation happens in the space where we can meet ourselves fully.

I received my Master of Social Work from the NYU Silver School of Social Work, where I deepened my commitment to relational and depth-oriented practice. I was selected as a Zelda Foster Fellow in Palliative and End-of-Life Care, an advanced clinical training focused on grief, loss, and serious illness. I’ve also served as an assistant instructor at Columbia University’s psychology department, supporting coursework on meaning, identity, and psychological growth. In addition to my psychotherapy training, I’ve also completed the 18 Foundational Courses of Monastic Tibetan Buddhism through the Asian Classics Institute. With this unique blend of formal training and contemplative study, I offer bespoke therapeutic containers that are both evidence-based and deeply grounded in wisdom traditions.

I’m committed to working in ways that are inclusive and empowering — where you can deepen self-awareness, gain perspective, and move toward a more aligned, embodied, and meaningful way of being.
